- Jack Balshaw is a retired Transportation Planner for the Federal Highway Administration, retired three term Councilman for the City of Petaluma , and local businessman. Educated as a Civil Engineer after a stint in US Army Intelligence, with decades spent as a private pilot and avid hiker.
